Project Summary

Upstate of Mind Homes is a family-owned vacation rental business with two properties located in the Catskills, an area of Upstate New York. The clients (and sibling duo!), Andrea and Gabe, have been visiting the Catskills since they were kids, and they were finally ready to share their love for the region with visitors and guests. After renovating two homes, a warm and welcoming identity was created to define their business within a busy and sought-after rental market.

The logo mark was inspired by the architectural lines of their A-frame cabin rental, immediately giving essence to the property. The mark also embraces the nature-driven identity of the Catskills region, a popular, four-season destination, by showing mountains, greenery and sunshine. With warm, earth-toned colors the identity is right at home.
